Mariam Hotel - Madaba

The hotel staff were accommodating, helping us with our travel plans and always greeting us with a warm smile.

The Wi-Fi only worked in the lobby, making it inconvenient as I needed internet access for work .

The location was good: a shopping mall and a supermarket were within walking distance. We had a new-fashioned room and a good breakfast.

the location was particularly good and perfect, for example, machaerus was not too far away from the hotel. the room was spotless and new-fashioned, and the bathroom was clean.

The hotel is fairly clean, has views over the town. The a double room is new-fashioned and has satellite television, a nice balcony, and a writing table. The bathroom is good and the bed is exceptionally comfortable. We would have stayed for longer, no complaints whatsoever, truly enjoyed this venue.

The rooftop breakfast area was amazing 😍! The pool looked nice too. Staff were generally helpful, but it got a bit noisy with all the one-night stays. A bit dated overall but works for exploring Madaba.

The staff were all competent and caring, and the room was huge with all the comforts. Location: the hotel was close enough to all important touristic attractions and fabulous restaurant close by. Plus, Haret Jdoudna was at a moderate distance from the venue.

The staff at this hotel genuinely stand out, as they went out of their way to help -a real highlight. While the room was clean and the air conditioning worked well, the bathroom size was quite small was nice. I found it inconvenient that Wi-Fi only worked in the lobby, and there were occasional challenges with available towels at the pool .

Rooms are clean, beds comfortable. Easy walk to the center.

The bathroom is small, almost claustrophobic. WiFi only works in the lobby. Some rooms have maintenance issues like peeling paint and non-functional outlets. The area around the hotel is littered with plastics, detracting from the overall experience.

Enhanced our relaxing experience, especially with the sunbeds available. The staff were friendly and helpful, but the cleanliness of the communal areas could use some improvement. It offered a good base for exploring Madaba.

Great value for money in a convenient location.

The Wi-Fi did not reach our room, disappointing as I needed it for work. I found the rooms lacked adequate soundproofing-there was a noticeable gap under the door, allowing noise from the hallway to disturb our sleep. Breakfast was included, but the options were minimal and left much to be desired.

Lovely towel art enhanced the room's charm.
